My ofna box is almost exactly like that one. The inch long slot-grooves are where the pegs mount. It's harder than it looks to line up the fly wheel with the spinning rubber wheel from the box without useing some sort or guide, that's what the pegs are for.

And people who run in more than one class wont use a starter box for more than one of the cars/trucks.
