Poor Judgement really did a good job of explaining this one, and his steps should be followed to a T. With regards to tools I would recommend picking up one of the allen sets either by MIP or By Factory Team Associated. They both have sets of allens with hardened tips that fit tightly into the screw heads. They are also long shafted thus providing a better reach. I would also make sure to purchase a good, solid phillips head screwdriver as there are plenty of phillips screws on the truck.
