Yes it came with my Rally. It is pretty old tho, I bought it a good while before the 2 speed was standard fitment. Pics to clarify... or at least there would be if it would let me upload... will try posting them again later...

Oh - it was a RTR by the way, not a kit.

ah... it seems to be working now.
