All right, check this out. Most radios come with a reciever and a servo for steering. Cheap you can get away with 50 bucks. A motor will cost you another 50 or so if you get a brand name. A decent beginer esc will also cost you about 50 bucks. Lets see, that...ummmcary the 7...devided buy the GNP...about 150 plus tax, American. Now you need batteries and a charger. Get your self a set or two of 3000mah club packs. about 30 bucks a piece or so. I know I risk getting flamed but here we go. I like the superbrain 959 for a charger. Thats about 50 bucks too. (Theres a pattern here, I just can't put my finger on it.) So, a basik set upwill run you about 260. You can go cheaper on some things and upgrade them later.
