RE: U Can Do 3D
This is the end of this thread for me, lost my 60 UCD last weekend. Was showing a friend I haven't flown with since May how I've learned to harrier, did a beautiful low pass and when turning around(was way too far away) it flipped upside down at maybe 10ft,got it upright&throttled up but something went wrong again & it went down. That plane does a few really cool 3-D maneuvers plus it goes nice & slow, helps with the rolling circles. After getting over it, I decided to buy the Showtime, I know the double tapered wing is way better for harriers&elevators and its one of the few 3-D models with a pattern style fuse, hoping it does knife edge as nice as UCD. Also the quality of the UCD is lacking,white glue for the firewall doesn't hold up to the oil, I made a lot of modifications to make it right, hope I dont need to for Showtime. Having said that, for the money, the UCD is still a good buy(only like the 60, the 46 is too squirly). Moving on to the Showtime & Yak threads.
