I also own this plane but its out in a box awaitng assembly. This is my third active P-51. I also have 2 OS 1.08s which are the most reliable engines i have but to install it in the plane means hacking up the sides of the cowl.
*So I am going with a inverted 4 stroke. I have seen a couple here with Saito 100's. Not bad at all but I am mounting a Saito 150 in mine. Along with some modifications in the strees areas, should deliver what I want.
