Default Charging single cell GP3300 on ICE

When I charge my single cell GP3300 on my ICE charger, it never detects peak and just keeps going until it fills up to capacity% (which was set to 150%).

The cell still works fine. (I use it for my glo-igniter.) But I'd like to get it to the point where my charger can correctly detect peak and stop the charger at a more appropriate time.

Questions:

What does Peak sensitivity mean? If it's not detecting, do I make it higher or lower? I've tried 5mv and 4mv /cell.

Do higher numbers mean more sensitivity?
