AMA new rule proposal #5698

"All hydrofoams, flying cars, flying lawnmowers, flying boats, and float plans shall have two radio systems installed. While in contact with the ground or water, a surface frequency radio shall be employed. Immediately after becoming airborne the surface frequency radio shall be shut off. Once the surface frequency radio is not functioning, the aircraft frequency radio shall be turned on. At no time shall the aircraft frequency radio be turned on prior to the surface frequency radio being shut off. Flying witches are excluded from this rule, as they fly by magic"
