It's not RC-exclusive, but it does have a few RC airplanes, with room to expand.
www.x-plane.com for the software,
www.x-plane.org for many many MANY more aircraft. Also, you can turn your full-scale real planes into RC aircraft by switching views.
The sim comes with an extra terrain maker and a plane maker! Also, X-Plane.org has a whole pile of add-ons, from Cessna 182's to MiG 33 Super Fulcrums to Space Craft like the shuttle Discovery and a few choice experimentals that you can take into space (from the ground, and also are equipped with thrusters to keep yourself in orbit), and the SR-71 Blackbird! There is also a choice to switch from Earth to Mars (and you can actually fly around on Mars, but you have to use the special Martian aircraft due to the severely less atmospheric pressure... the tiny wings on earth-bound aircraft aren't stable enough).
I'm still screwing around with this thing, and I got my copy a few months ago! I have a stockpile of fighters, from F/A-18 Blue Angels, to the Y/F-22 Raptor, to the MiG-25 Foxbat. My warbirds range from a P-38J Lightning, to the B-17 & B-27. The game also comes with some helicopters, but I'm not really a big fan of helicopters. The game comes with a Harrier jet as well, with total VTOL capabilities.
There's just too much to this game to list, so go try it out.
