It all depends on your situation. If you are planning to break in a few personal RC engines, then it absolutely is not worth the money. if you own a hobby shop and offer engine break-in services, but do not want to be bothered with building your own stand, then it is worth the money, but since you can really build your own comparable stand for a fraction of the cost (especially if you are a hobby shop owner and can get the required parts at cost or from the scrap bin) I would say no.

The only really nice feature it has is the prop cover, which could be slapped together from scrap metal or plastic.

There are much better ways you could spend your money.
