Steve, I heard the rumor about 6 weeks ago from a St Louis club that OMJ was cancelled but told them that it was all made up!!! I guess they really DID know the facts.
They did not then, nor do they now, know any of the facts. The decision to cancel the event was only made Wednesday, August 17th.
The rumor you heard is one that has been around every year that the event has been in existence.
