Pay particular attention to item #2 in the list, since I think this addresses posts elsewhere about having the events on the same runway at one end. This is a direct echo fo the letter which was recieved by others and highlights the remarks made to the regional directors.

Thanks for the information. After gleaning through the document, we might as well kiss SM-05 goodbye or another event held at any airport unless if you want to run a charitable event for the airport. (See item # e)
