Gary,
Thanks for the encouragement!

I can't decide whether to fly it myself first flight here at the place or go up to the club in Iowa City...about 50 miles from here.
It's been at least 15 years since I've flown.[X(]
I do have a G3 simulator that I play with a little bit.
If all things are normal I know I can get the plane up and around first flight.
Some of the things I know I have lost proficency on are dead stick landings or if I have some kind of bad out of trim condition.
I'd sure hate to stuff it first flight.

One thing that has really changed since I was last involved is the radio.
I think I told you about my old 8SGAP that I was trying to get going. I also have a 9VAP from around 1990. One of the early computer radios. I can remember how awkward and confusing the manual was trying to program it.
This 9C though is something else.
Very easy to understand and set up.
I've had to hold myself back programming stuff like the ailevators though. I don't want to get to deep in to it just yet. Can't wait to be able to do so many mixes.
Wow!
