I have sponsored a couple of fun fly's at our field and there is rarely time to do more than 6 events. Depending on what type flyers come to the event you can do doubles (one good flier one not so good flyer) spot landings on paper plates and compete in teams to limbo's (usually for the brave almost no one at my field would even try such an event)
The bean loop was popular, spot landing type events,
I allways try to avoid events that are tailored to the specialty fun fly type planes such as take off loop and land, there is never any competition in it if someone shows up with a competetion FF.
