Mine also had a gap like most of you. I put glass cloth around the inside then filled gap from the outside with 30 min epoxy. I used a syringe from local drug store to shoot it in the crack and let it seek its own level (no sanding after). It was kind of like forming and pouring a cement slab. It worked real well and is pleasing to look at. I just put an ultrocote stripe around wing. I also have a .72 and run 30% heli fuel it is ballistic but very calm a slow speed. I also added wheel pants to mine.
