if you "cash in" rcu bucks does it immediately take the amount redeemed off of the running monthly total? (with resulting plummet in the rankings)
Also...
Marketplace $5/$7.50/$10 etc. credit... is useable like currency towards purchases or just for purchasing upgrades to ads you are running?
