Default magnum .91 4 stroke advice needed

Hello guys,
I've been working with my son on his new model-tech P-47 ARF with the Magnum .91 4 stroke up front. Unfornunately we don't have the engine manual and we are having trouble keeping the engine running[] The engine is new, it is inverted, we are running 4stroke fuel with 15% nitro. He and his buddies have played around with the needle settings. Also while building we removed the carburator kill tab. The glow plug does not have an idle bar. The thing is, it starts right up, but once it warms up it konks out and is very hard to start after that. Could I get some advice on what to do? Does any one else have this engine? I've heard these are great engines.
I'd like to get an A to Z check list for:
* proper glow plug
* proper fuel (only run about 1/2 tank through it so far, won't stay running)
* correct needle turns
* and any other info you folks think appropriate
Also engine starts just fine right side up, once it's hot though, it just won't stay running
Thanks a bunch for your advice
Carver
