One thing you could check for, is if the ball-links that connect the flybar to the top rotor-head are still firmly in place. In my experience, it doesn't take much for them to pop off at the top, in which case, because of the way it's constructed, they remain attached to the flybar through their holes, but can move freely and will be out of alignment.
