It's very likely the fibre carbon shaft is distorted and at the end of the fibre carbon shaft where the upper maingear is mounted is damaged. It only takes a few strikes of the lower blades before the carbon shaft is distorted and vibration starts. Replace the fibre carbon shaft will solve the problem. Don't waste your time to balance the helicopter. It's not nessessary.
