7C crow and servo position
I'm setting up my 7C to utilize a crow(butterfly) manuver on an Ultra Stick 40. I will be following the directions from Futaba's FAQ section regarding the 7 servo model with separate flap and aileron servos, but before I connect the control rods to the flap servos, should I have the servos "centered"? By just plugging them into ch's 5 & 7, they settled into one position, but when I plugged them into the rudder channel (just out of curiousity), they settled into a different position. Should I just plug them into ch 5 & 7 and leave them alone, and then just move the horns so they are perpendicular to the flaps?
Also, it suggests assigning ch 7 in Para to switch "E" and making ch 5 Null, but then says you will have the effects on a three way switch of up position giving you Flaps with some elevator, centered being normal, and down being the crow (airbrake with up flaperons, flaps down, and some elevator). Shouldn't I assign ch 7 to switch "G" since this is the only three way switch?
Lastly, while in the crow position, will the aileron stick still function in order to control normal aileron movement?
Thanks for any help,
B
