First don't think castrol is castor oil. I have (2) 46 -4c (4) 53-4 (5) 80-4c, 90-4c and a R120-4c. They seem to like 0-10% nitro. I use a castor/synthetic blend (OMEGA). A little extra castor oil never hurts. I love my .53s the best.
