Default Noise electrics and TT conversion in the Bee

I did manage to get the Bee up a few times the last couple of days in spite of the wind. Intresting enough flying at the "electric site"
being boxed on 4 sides by expensive homes there has been noise complaints some the the electrics are large brushless motors with gearboxes and emit a high pitched whine that does travel. After taking off the Bee one of the Residents came up and asked about the
aircraft the sound was INAUDIBLE 50 or 75 ft away and he made a very positive comment on its quietness. May it should small diesels only allowed (just a joke) Of course many of the small electric park flyers are quiet. But some of the stuff is large 40 size conversions
which do to size could be a safety issue, the field is not the big, and the perimeter is lined with sidewalks and benchs and of course
people really not the place to fly large RC regardless of the power plant
Back to the Bee it is quick, flying most relaxing at 1/3 to half throttle is all thats needed. putting around like Bees should now that I have a handle on it will try some acrobatics next time martin
