Sorry if you think I'm wacked, but we like to fly enough that we fly whenever we can. Sometimes the challenge is as good as the flight.
Also the "fun factor" is there all the time-well almost all the time, there is no fun when people rip on you for what you do just because they limit themselves for whatever reason.
Also it's hard to tell "newbies" the weather is "to bad to fly"!
