I figured out the problem. The tail rotor motor was dead or almost dead. Replaced it and put on some new carbon blades and it is a different heli. I can't believe the difference from flat wooden blades. The heli pro at the LHS says I should be flying a raptor 30. The smile I got from him when I asked if I could fly his (already knowing better) told me that I need to save my money. He did show me how much more stable it though. I can't wait to upgrade.
