Do you have a link to the review and video? I would just like to see what he has to say.

Have you thought of possibly making an instructional DVD broken down in chapters (JR 9303 for Dummies)?
The 9303 is a radio for Dummies , it's "VERY" user friendly. If you know anything at all about radios, you will have no problem using the 9303. I use to have the 8103 and I thought it was user friendly, but it has nothing on the 9303 (IMO).
