I have the Sony TRV-22. It does everything you specify; and, of course, is discontinued.
I also have a Sony TRV-## Hi-8 camcorder. It works great if you are shooting the plane on the ground. Once the plane is in the air, it tries to compensate for the bright sky and as a result, the plane usually turns out very dark:
