Thats the way that extras and caps etc fly. They have a very touchy elevator and when you apply too much elevator the plane will do a high speed snap, it helps with aerobatics. If it bothers you, turn the control throws down on the elevator a bit.

This flight characteristic has downed many of inexperienced pilots. Of course then they blame it on a radio problem.
