I use my OS .70 with a 13/6 Zinger wood prop and it turns about 9700 rpm on the ground, you are about right for a 13/5, the throttle difference between half and full is not all that much, she's running the way it is supposed to, these are really sweet engines, and so trouble free, I love them.
