Who can argue with RCU Jet forum's success? Although I have been deleted many times here, hey it is their forum I guess they can do whatever they want.

But as for the latest in the business side of these turbines (there must be 15 manufacturers chasing 2000 customers!!) don't come here!!

In the zeal to avoid manufacturing bashing, many of my posts about RAM early this year were deleted (usually prompted by reps).

Anybody that had removed their ear protectors at Florida Jets 2002 knew that things had taken a very nasty turn for RAM. As I have said before if you hang out at the tents and just listen you hear about a lot of stuff.

As for the Mamba, it looked like a nice turbine, but it sure looked like the unit they had a Florida last year had a hand built turbine wheel. So one has to ask how close were they if they did not have the cast turbine wheels at the big public display.

Don't get me wrong the motor may be fine, but it was shown early. Now as to SWBs business reputation, you will just have to ask around, as any comments here will be deleted (see my note above)
