And I'm involved in PC maintenance, network software, helpdesk support, web development and programming, and whatever else I get interested in. I'm almost entirely self-taught with computers. I took classes, but I almost always ended up teaching them (or at least assisting the teacher with their duties). I've never yet learned anything computer related from a classroom.
By the way, the 1pm interview went very well. However, she said she can't afford me full time. Not a problem though as I a now her freelance contractor. My first contract job is this Friday afternoon, where I'll be helping with a database driven eCommerce site. That worked out well, didn't it?
Oh yeah, she also knows of a Web Designer position with a government contractor that she's going to pass my resume along to (with my permission) as they can most likely afford me.
