Kiswa,
Help desk??? arrrrrggggggghhhhhhhH!!!!!!!! nooooooooooooooooooooo!!!!!!!! not the help desk!!!!!!!!

There is no way I could work a help desk. I would go crazy, probably stick a letter opener in my forehead!!!!
I was asking about cabling because I do cabling on a sub-contract basis for a company that is contracted with Wal-mart and Lowe's. I know with everything that is going on in your neck of the woods with the hurricane there are going to be a lot of cabling teams rebuilding Wal-mart's. They've already asked me twice to go on a team, but I don't want to be away from my family that long. I'll probably get more work because of it, I will be expanding my coverage area so I can pick up the slack for others that do go down that way. Doing the cabling is really good money, but it can be a hot, dirty, and long job. To do cabling you have to be able to work Cat 5e/6, Fiber, Coax (normal and HDTV), loss prevention (security cameras), phone, and any other odd cabling that comes up. If you could have done it I was thinking about trying to line you up a job interview. sorry I couldn't be more help.
