Good to know Ken! I'm glad you didn't feel like my thread was getting too far off topic. If you ever feel that it is, let me know and I'll try to steer it back on track before it has to be locked.

I opened up my transmitter this morning. It works now. I think the only problem was that the screw holding the circuit board with the switch on it, up against the mechanical switch was a little loose, so it wasn't making full contact, and therefore not activating the switch. While I had it open, I went ahead and checked every other screw in it for looseness. It appears to be working just fine now, so I'm not too concerned anymore.

I'll still send it in for a checkup, but that'll be a little later now. I'm trying to talk the wife into letting me get a 6 channel radio with dual rates and expo (two things this one doesn't have). Well, this one's only 5 channels, so it doesn't have a sixth channel either I guess. Also, the one I'm looking at can store up to ten models, whereas this one only keeps two in memory. So, basically, this transmitter is full since I have two planes now (well, one and two thirds planes anyway ).
