The story for Florida Jets is this.
We are in complete compliance with every FAA policy that we have been made aware of. While we do fly from airport property, we fly from an area at its Western extremity. We do not use ANY of the runways, and, NO runway is closed.
I am still going to seek the full FAA doctrine and make sure that we are Golden!
Thank goodness, I have plenty of time to get the ducks in a row. I feel terrible for all the people that this FAA decision has effected!
It is so far more reaching than many might have thought.
Hopefully I'll see some of you in Georgia? I think we'll have a good time. It will be fun to be at a "non-commercial" event for a change!
