RE: would this biplane be a good second or third plane?

I haven't flown that particular plane, but I looked at someone's website who had owned one. He described it as having difficult ground handling, with a tendency to ground loop. I have flown a similar aerobatic biplane, an Andrews Aeromaster. The Wots Wot differs fom the Aeromaster in that it has fullly symetrical wings.
I really wouldn't recommend it as a second plane. Bipes tend to be a lot tougher to keep your visual orientation because of the two wings. They also need to be landed a little faster than a good low wing aerobatic trainer. I'd call it more of a third plane.
