I didn't think you were bashing anyone. The link I saw was at http://www.pirespreto.com/wotswot.htm . I haven't studied the design in any great detail, but when I looked at the pic of the plane flying on that page, it looked like the wings were fully symmetrical.

Everyone so far has given advice based on general experience with bipes. No one so far has flown the plane you are interested in. If I were in your shoes, I would probably hold off on this plane as a second plane UNLESS some people who have actually flown it tell you it flies (and lands) easy enough for a relative beginner. I wouldn't believe what the manufacturer says, not that they aren't trustworthy.
