To be honest, the stuff you have picked is top class. You have a good eye for quality.
For buggys i would stick to team associated or losi. I have a rc10b3 and my mate has an rc10b4. They are phenomanily good cars. I would go for a kiit if I was you. What youy need is an

radio
servos
electronic speed controller
batter
charger
reciever.
motor

For radio when your a beginner anything works
Motor i would go for a 19 turn reedy quad mag. Great motor i have one in my rc10b3
charger. Anything EXCEPT the superbrain 959
Battery, those orion cells are okay but go to www.boomboombatteries.com for good batteries
radio adn servos, anything to start with really. You normally get the reciever with the radio sets
esc, I allways stick to 2 makes, novak and lrp. They make top notch 1's
