Dear RCU,

My Houston Texas based RC club, SPARKS is planning their first Pattern Competition Oct 22nd, 23rd. We anticipate 25 to 30 competitors. We are fortunate to have top rank flyers like Sean McMurty, Todd Blose, Brian Hebert, Mike Harrison to name a few who will be attending this event. In addition local mfg’s/suppliers of competition RC related products such as Tru-Turn, Ritch's Brew (fuel), Falcon Batteries and New Creations are sponsoring products for our raffle etc. also they will be spending face time with competitors answering questions on their respective products. Our goal is to hold a first class successful event and make this a must-go-to future event for pattern flyers in our region which includes Texas, La, Arkansas and OK.

Would RCU consider adding their name to our sponsor list? We are in search of an organization that is willing to underwrite our awards to the contestants for each of the top three finishers for the five pattern classes planned to be flown.

Lastly we are open to any and all ideas from RCU to help us promote and create a successful pattern event.
