I bought one, with some reservations, about a month ago. Its my first Vmar model - I've seen examples of the older Vmar stuff (owned by others) and vowed I would never buy one. This one was cheap enough and I thought I would give Vmar a chance, so I bought the low wing version.

The model quality, while not Hangar 9 or GP, was good enough for the money. The hardware was a bit suss and I replaced most of it. I fitted an ASP 52 with 13 x 4 prop and it flies okay. Not as well as an Ultra Sick 40, but acceptable.
In short, it does what it says on the box but you don't get something for nothing (do you ever?). Build quality is average: flying performance is okay - it is not a 3D model and will tend to snap and fall out of the sky if you get a bit radical.
If you want a good flyer, save a bit longer and get the U/S 40. The U/Stick will last longer too...
