RE: would this biplane be a good second or third plane?
Build one of the "Stik" ARF's first as a tail dragger (some of them come with the hardware included). My GP Big Stik .60 has given me much pleasure as a first time areobatic taildragger.
It's a verry forgiving plane, and with the OS .65 LA it has provided the ideal 2nd plane experience.
