Default 2c vs. 4c

I am considering an engine for my winter project, an 80" T-34B Mentor.

I have to choose between a 2-stroke .61-.91 or 4-stroke .91-1.20.

I have no experience with 4c. How does tuning a 4c compare with a 2c.

Price aside, which is recommended.
