Thanks to everyone for the wonderful advice. I really appreciate it. If i replace the speed control, what else do I need to replace. I ran the boat this morning, and the electronics under the black cover were smoking. I fear that I will need to replace all of the electronics in the boat including the motors. So, what all will I need? I am going to take nocturnals advice and install two 480 motors. I would also like to install a rudder, a servo for the rudder, new propellers, and whatever other electronics I will need. Thanks again for everyones advice.
