RE: FAO: CEN RACING. Centre diff for FunFactor?
i think a larger spur is going to cause more issues with the linkage between the 2 brake seats tbh. i only need to lose a couple of mm off the flywheel, shouldnt affect the idle too much, i hope... also - the .28 wont pull as high a pinion as i was expecting on the gen spur gears, but like u say, i should have a better chance with the 46t spur.
gotta pull it all to bits and try it out yet tho - and yes, this may well end up in the .28 - not exactly thrilled about the idea of drilling more holes in the jt chassis tho... but its gonna have to be done! the 46t spur looks like it might just clear the chassis without a cutout for it, but i could be wrong, close tho.
it will also mean some work on the alloy brake seats, gonna have to get this spot on or its gonna be a right waste of some nice bits.
