Default RE: U-Can-Do 3d 46?

gjeffers...I read that "ouch" thread. They were making fun of you. They just don't know you. Starting a plane in the back of your truck...I don't see anything wrong with that.
With the 60 you've gone from Super Power to power. The 100 is just barely enough in the 60, at least at my elevation. Use 30%, it helps a lot. But I flew mine like that for a long time, but the 110 is more fun.

CeeGee...About that gun range...just point it at the neighbors. Should solve the problem.

Radieron...Upright flat spin landing...Sounds fun!!!! Sounds like you need bigger wheels or taller landing gear. I use Dubro 3" Super Lite tires. The only weigh about 1 1/2 ozs for both and it gets the engine a little higher. Also, I think gjeffers is using UCD60 landing gear on the 46. It's about an inch taller also. I think with the 100 on the 46, it won't matter how long your runway is.

gjeffers....It looks like you have a lot of room in your flying area...Wouldn't it be a riot for several of us to meet at your field and give you some flying buddies!!! Maybe this winter. You know...when it's not several hundred degrees out. That would be cool. I could bring 3 or 4 UCDs...maybe that would be enough for an afternoon or two.

thanks
Barry
