I know that you're having a hard time with them, but as of late I've been really impressed with USPS. In a new business venture we looked at all shipping service, and for what we're shipping UPS and FedEx (I know bruce88123 is gonna kill me for saying this ) couldn't touch USPS. So far we've been really happy with them.
