Default 9Z problem

Hi Bax, Krysta,

I think I have to send in my 9Z for servicing again, for I think I have a bad channel one pot, or the wires to it are going. Whenever I give the model left aileron slowly the coresponding servo "jitters" in certain areas, especially on the return to center. Does not happen on other channels, and problem goes away when I switch out transmitters with the same airplane. The condition is particularly noticible with my digital servos. Now, before I send the 9Z back, painful since it is my favorite TX, I wanted to ask the following.

-Is there something I overlooked, ie in programing, something I could try like reseting the radio?
-Would the pot be available on its own?
-Is there something else I should have looked at? I've had my 9C for 6 years, the first 3 years I was putting in about 50 flights a week. The 9Z on the other hand I've had for 2 years, maybe 8 flights a week, yet this will be the second time back at your shops. First time was unrelated, the radio would just refuse to transmit and taken care of under warranty (though it was disconcerting that a friend who bought a 9Z at the same time had a similar problem)

Thanks,

Frank

BTW I noticed that Hobby Services offer checkout services. Could you elaborate on what is checked on a TX and RX?
