I'd try to just have one seam and hide it under the wing. The bottom can probably be done in one piece fairly easy. 2 pieces on each side. 1 forward top piece and 1 aft top piece. I do not recommend a QUILT. May need a separate piece around cockpit, not that familiar with covering this particular plane.
