should I use some flat washers on the prop bolts and so forth? The airframe is a 28% Precision Aerobatics Edge 540T also purchased from TBM. Any advice will be most appreciated
I put flat washers under mine. If you don't, after you change the prop several times, you'll start to gouge the prop washer. Also without the washers you may think you have the bolts snugged up, but in fact, they aren't. They just feel snug because of the friction between the bolt heads and the aluminum prop washer......
I mounted my ignition on the engine box on both my WH 28% planes. I run a 1100 mAh 4 cell AA nicad Sanyo pack for ignition. I can fly 7-15 minute flights, and have 450 mAh left in it.
