Spent some time this weekend drilling and tapping the m3.5xm.6 holes in the carb neck and got the carb mounted successfully. I ran to the hardware store and found an o-ring a bit thicker than the one used on the 1.60 to get a secure seal around the carb neck and crank case. I believe it was a ½x1/16 thick o-ring so as it was gently stretched it made a great seal. Next on the list is to mount the whole thing on the test stand and get the thing running.
