Default RE: The MOST powerful .21 engine?

Amen! On another note these reports of v-specs not lasting long and bearing failures, all it boils down to is people are not learning the v-spec. It's not just a nother .21 You can't just go by what you've done with all your engines to break the v-spec in and tune it for optimal performance. When tuned properly, yes it is a beast and yes you should tune the mid-range as well. If you think it's something else, contact o.s. engines and ask them why they haven't revised the engine and released a second version. Ask them why they haven't improved the bearings. Don't get me wrong, all these other engines are strong. I'm not knocking them at all. I've seen them all at big races and every one of them win some and lose some, including the v-spec. It all boils down to the driver. I'm sure Jared Tebo could spank a hefty percentage of people in this forum with their latest and greatest engines and buggies while he uses a pull start gs racing 21b01 powered duratrax axis. I believe he'd still beat alot of pro's with that set up too. Bottom line, up your skills. That's going to win you more races than any buggy or engine.
