foxy42, yeah, sorry!
"To put one of the top engines in a Inferno sports (if it's stock) must be equal to put a Ferrari engine in a Fiat. "
Do i need to replace anyting else in the inferno before i change the engine?
Its quite stock except for the hardened steel gearwheel.
Personally, if your going for "THE MOST POWERFUL ENGINE" then you'll need a chassis that can take the power. The stock MP7.5 WILL shear the drive shafts, strip the diff internal gears, suffer from lack of braking, snap shocks, lose arms and generally just fall to pieces. Better to get a top end chassis to match your intended engine. If you can find a Black Magic, that's what I'd go for. But the V-Specs are reliable and powerful, I've seen 2.94 Bhp and a top end of 44,100 rpm quoted on dyno tests. Certainly not to be sniffed at.
Adam, just because I like something does not mean you have to be unimpressed by it.
its just calling it as i found it, no hidden agenda

if you recall you were spanking your monkey over your Picco P7-R for ages & at first i was unimpressed with mine but as time went by i grew to love that engine & it was a sad day when it got toasted & had to be replaced[&o]
i've bought 3 V-specs now & have yet to actually run one in my own car as the WS7II i fitted at Holbeach 2 day National back in May has been absolutely flawless & just keeps getting faster & faster!
i've sold 2 Vspecs NIB & have kept one for next year or to use maybe during winter for a no stop fuel strategy in 10 minute finals (dependant on daylight left in the day of course)

the engine i tried did seem to be a very smooth drivable engine & would probably improve my laptimes no end BUT i prefer something that gets the buggy up on the pipe & screaming as soon as you pin the throttle & for me at the moment its the WS7II (just bought another one yesterday

) and the long time favourite the 421B

i did use my K2 the other week with the C4 & that is a seriously fast engine too although a little too thirsty by todays standards[>:]
for my money you can't beat the reliability & quality of an RB or a Novarossi

the OS is good but pretty much everyone i know who's been racing them this year have all gone back to an Orange or Purple head for next year
